Fifty Favorites [songs - S]

I think it's fair to note that Mr. Schu's version of "Bust A Move" almost made the list. Also, while I love "God Bless the Broken Road," I'm not a Rascal Flatts fan and would love to hear George Strait or Lady A give that song a whirl.  None of it's represented here, but I like all music that could be considered 'Twilighty' and if you can't use that word in a sentence you don't know what music I'm talking about.  I'm aware that my list looks a little country heavy and a little 90's heavy... I have a theory that the music that moves you as a teenager will probably always move you.  These are the songs that have touched my life, that I can sing in the car with the windows rolled down or in the bathroom with a hairbrush microphone. Everyone should have their own 'hairbrush microphone list'.
